A multi-channel egg freezing campaign designed to increase awareness and drive consultation bookings across four California locations, with messaging tailored to a diverse local audience—including Asian communities—and supported by on-site, digital, and email touchpoints.
I led the creative direction and campaign orchestration for PRC’s seasonal egg freezing promotion, aligning the messaging, visual system, and channel strategy to deliver a cohesive patient journey—from first impression to consultation booking. The campaign combined social media content, clinic-distributed print materials, in-office banners, and website merchandising to ensure consistent visibility across high-intent moments.
To support conversion, we implemented homepage optimizations focused on clarity and accessibility: inclusive imagery reflecting PRC’s patient base, improved keyword alignment to strengthen discoverability, and a prominent promotional banner highlighting the limited-time offer: “$3,000 Off Your Egg Freezing Cycle”. The offer was deployed across all four offices—Torrance, Glendale, Irvine, and Corona—with clear eligibility and urgency language to help patients take action.
The initiative was supported by a targeted email journey and patient-education content, including a physician-led podcast episode, reinforcing trust, accessibility, and informed decision-making.
